Whether a colleague from the Call-Center in Dublin
or a sales partner in Scandinavia - Lufthansa uses a mixture of corporate
image communication and eLearning applications to introduce new team
members for Service and Sales from all over the world to their new jobs.
Within the two-hour program, new staff members learn about the requirements
of their jobs. Video-takes simulate day-to-day working situations, and
interactive features offer the opportunity to apply newly acquired know-how.
